We work to ensure your store has fresh bread every day

Products have been made under the FanFan brand since 2005. Initially at leading enterprises in Europe, now in Russia. We understand the needs of the Russian market with regard to product types and quality.

We have been producing frozen bread since 2015. We opted for the latest production equipment made by leading manufacturers, allowing us to use the most sophisticated technologies to produce bread of the highest quality. This is important because innovation is in line with such global trends as concern for health and the environment and preservation of the freshness and flavour of food without any preservatives.

We are a modern company with a high-tech production facility. We produce over 30 thousand tonnes a year. Our clients include most retail chains, both national and local. We develop our production, create our own original recipes, as well as support and development programmes for our partners. Most of the over 200 people on our team are highly qualified professionals with extensive bread production experience.

Production

We are developing a new baking culture founded on tradition and enhanced by innovation.

The production facility is located in the town of Venev, 170 km south of Moscow. Back in the 19th century, Venev was famous throughout the country for its twice-yearly bread fairs. The town's coat of arms dating back to 1778 features a golden bread pan against a background of green and silver stripes symbolising fields. While honouring traditions, we do not forget about progress. We enjoy the advantages of our historically significant location (pure water, remoteness from "polluting industries"), yet we use deep-freezing technologies and create recipes popular among today's consumers.

Some time ago, baguettes were in vogue; now everyone wants ciabatta; what kind of bread will be popular tomorrow?
